Black Cockatoo, Mt Buller's premier restaurant, proudly produces a menu with a seasonal focus and the best produce Australia has to offer. The stunning room, with charred and natural cyprus wood perfectly compliments the dishes from the Josper oven. The stunning views of Mt Stirling and cosy open fire make it the perfect dining experience.
