Spa Therapist

Join us in our unique and beautiful Spa at Mt Buller in the Victorian Ski fields. A unique opportunity to join our Spa Team, to gain skills and experience in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering an excellent Guest Experience.

The ideal candidate will preferably have a minimum of 12 months' experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort environment and be prepared to work a six-day work week in a warm, welcoming manner.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa therapist, you will deliver a high standard of customer care to guests, ensuring that the service provided is aligned to the specific client needs in mind. In addition, we provide training in our La Gaia product range, whilst delivering an excellent Guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Delivering a range of treatments with a holistic approach in mind, which include;

Relaxation & Remedial Massage

Body Treatments

Facials

Manicures & Pedicures

Waxing

What are we looking for?

To be a successful member of our team you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Excellent grooming standards
• Passion for providing friendly, personalized guest service
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work on your own and direct an effective team
• Previous experience within a hotel spa would be highly advantageous

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Minimum Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
• RSA
• ABN
• Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Australian resident or must have a current working visa for Australia
• Position available from May 2024 to the end of September 2024
