A small luggage store is available where guests can leave their bags when arriving early or departing late. This area is not secure but is covered by CCTV. Alpine Retreat Mt Buller accepts no liability for items left here; this is at the owner’s risk.
A credit card imprint will be taken on arrival/check-in as a security bond. Please note that Mt Buller Resort Management requires all guests to complete a Guest Registry and provide a valid ID number for every adult (passport or driving license number) staying in the resort. Please ensure that you have a credit card and ID with you for presentation on arrival.

Other Policy
Please note that the area around the Alpine Retreat Mt Buller can be affected by snowfalls; good shoes and easy to carry bags are advisable in snowy conditions.
The property is set over 4 levels and does not have a lift.
Due to the age of the building, noise can travel easily so guests are asked to be mindful and respectful of others who may be trying to sleep by keeping noise to a minimum inside the building.
Off-Piste Bar is open weeknights night from 4.00pm to 1.00am, Saturdays from 12.00pm to 1.00am and from 12.00 to 11.30pm on Sundays. It hosts live entertainment on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday nights when some rooms may be able to hear noise from the bar.

Pets are not allowed into the Mt Buller resort or at the Alpine Retreat Mt Buller due to it's location being within a National Park
