Indigenous chef, Zach Green and his team from Elijah’s Kitchen are conducting a very special pop up series named ‘Finding Home Again’. Enjoy an evening under the stars in Mirimbah Park as Zach Green and his team create a beautiful Indigenous themed menu with a local wine matching.
Zach has returned to Victoria's High Country, after being away for 10 years. He's ready to tell why he's returned home and explore the meaning of home for Indigenous people.
5pm arrival drinks and canapes, followed by a smoking ceremony. After main course, Zach will tell the stories of the local people, and why the dishes have been chosen for this evening, and the ingredients used, followed by a short Q&A session.
