In summer, the road to the summit transforms into one of the most exciting hill climbs in the country and the gateway to all stages of Targa High Country.
Three high-octane days of racing see drivers travelling through the High Country regions, taking in the vistas of the Eildon, King Valley, and Mansfield districts, and returning each evening to the top of Mt Buller, to finish in the scenic alpine village.
The focus of the TARGA action is always the finishing leg, which sees cars scream through a tight t-intersection turn past the Village Square as they bee-line towards the finish line.
When the line is crossed and times are logged it's time for champagne and celebrations! Join the teams and fans in the Village Square for one of the biggest events of summer. To find out more, visit the Targa High Country website.
